Somatic yoga focuses on body awareness, stress reduction, & relaxation. Slow, flowing movements are designed to support overall well-being & inner calm.
FREE class open to all DoD IDs. Classes meet in the Aerobics Room on Tuesdays 6am, Wednesdays at noon, and Thursdays at 3pm.
