Father-Daughter Valentine Dance - view flyer
The annual Father-Daughter Valentine Dance will be 6 - 9 p.m. on January 31. This year’s Flashback Disco dance will be an unforgettable night, featuring a delicious meal, groovy dancing, arts and crafts, dynamite games, and a complimentary photo! Dress is semi-formal; retro duds are optional but encouraged! Tickets are limited and go on sale January 7. Cost: $18 / couple; $5 / each additional daughter.

Love Bug 2009
Mix and mingle your winter blues away at the Love Bug event, February 13 in the Community Center Ballroom! This groovy Valentine party will feature The Dating Game, The Newlywed Game, Speed Dating, refreshments, full cash bar, and much more, plus hundreds of dollars in great singles and couples prizes! Cost: $3 at the door, or bring a friend and get two tickets for $5. Hosted by the Community Center and the Elite Four.

Offutt Idol 2009
Offutt Idol is returning in March! Register online at www.offutt55fss.com. Auditions are set for March 5 and 6. Semi-finals will be March 13, with the final show on March 20. Participants must be at least 18 years of age, have current DoD card, and be available for all shows.

Ongoing Programs:

Moms, Pops, ‘N’ Tots Playgroup
MPT meets every Monday and Wednesday from 9:30 - 11 a.m. for open playtime in the interactive Playzone, art and craft activities, and story time with snack. Field trips and holiday parties are planned throughout the year. New play structures and toys just added! The admission for MPT is only $1 per family per visit. This is the perfect opportunity to meet other spouses and provide social interaction for your child.

Expanded Music Lessons!
The Community Center is offering more music lessons! Additional piano instruction will be held Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons. Guitar instruction will be Tuesdays at 4:30 p.m. Cost: $50 / month, four weekly one-on-one 30-minute sessions.

Need Some Space?
Looking for a place to host a party, ceremony, or reception? The Community Center offers wonderful room amenities at affordable rates! Rent a large ballroom (for 220+ people) for only $125 for 5 hours. The Playzone is the perfect place to entertain young children for a birthday party, only $35 for 3½ hours. The SAMS recreation room is the perfect size for the functions with 60 or fewer people, with a fun atmosphere and adjoining Game Room!
