Progress Review Reminder  Supervisors of all GS and Federal Wage System (FWS) employees are required to complete a mid-term progress review, AF Form 860B, Civilian Progress Review Worksheet, on each affected employee at midpoint of the appraisal period.  The employee should be made aware the progress review is meant to provide feedback on performance that may impact the rating of record at the end of the appraisal period.   Conduct issues should not be addressed in the review.   AF Form 860B may be filled out prior to and/or during the review with the employee.  A copy of the form is provided to the employee and the original is retained in the supervisory folder.  For more information, contact the Civilian Personnel Office, 294-3020.
