The King and Alert Dining Facilities are hosting a Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday Meal from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on January 19. The menu includes chicken gumbo soup, Southern-fried catfish, BBQ spareribs, Southern-fried chicken, baked mac-and-cheese, steamed rice, black-eyed peas, corn fritters, and spinach. Enjoy a Mongolian BBQ from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on January 28 at the King and Alert Dining Facilities. Choose from chicken, beef, shrimp, pork, and turkey along with an assortment of vegetables to include bell peppers, onions, broccoli, mushrooms, bean sprouts, pineapple, water chestnuts, carrots, celery, bamboo shoots, and cabbage.
