GIVE PARENTS A BREAK. This program is offered to help relieve stress associated with military life. The Air Force Aid Society will fund child care for dependent children, 12 months to 12 years of age. Child care is provided the first Saturday of each month from 1230 – 1730 at the Offutt Child Development Center. Please call the Child Development Center for a reservation by noon on Friday prior to care, at 294-2203. Referrals can be obtained from an Airman and Family Readiness Center representative, First Sergeant, or Family Advocacy personnel. Prior to participating in the Give Parents a Break program at the Child Development Center, each child needs to have on file an AF Form 1181, a copy of up-to-date shot records, and the Give Parents a Break certificate. If you have made a reservation and will be unable to use the care, please call the Child Development Center, 294-2203, as soon as possible to cancel the reservation.
